Here is what we know so far:
The 3 city councilmen are:
- Jeff Bradshaw 1st
- Robert Patterson 2nd
- Erik Rowland 3rd
(Nile & Tracy came in a distant 5th & 6th.)
However... Duke (4th now) may beat Rowland after the 26 provisional votes are counted (see below).
I heard from someone who talked to Heber City and they won't be able to count the provisional votes until at least 7 days after the election. And this is only if the City Council is willing to hold a special meeting in order to certify the election results.
If they don't hold a special meeting then it will be on the regular city council meeting on the 17th.

Here is an update on the ELECTION RESULTS...
Eric Straddeck (The Other Side Blog) sent me an email this morning with an update:
"Fyi...we will be counting the provision ballots when we canvass the election at 5:30pm next Tuesday (11/15). I will have to participate by phone (in Atlanta) but at least we will get it done as soon as we are allowed. Thanks. Eric"
I also found out from Eric what "canvass the election" means:
- "Canvass the Election is the official term for certifying the results of the election, which the city council is required to do by state code."
The PUBLIC is invited to this meeting next Tuesday (11-15) at 5:30PM. I hope to see you there!
