It's already March First! Seems like only yesterday we were celebrating a new year...
I attended the work meeting today held from 6pm to 7pm. Here's what they talked about:
- they reviewed the airport board recommendation regarding landing fees, fuel flowage and FBO lease agreement.
- reviewed proposed grazing of animals ordinance
- discussed about mayor pro-temp
- reviewed code of conduct
- schedule a budget meeting
Here is what they did not talk about:
- review the draft policy regarding the use of board compensation
- reveiw draft letter to wasatch county school district
(not sure why these things got skipped)
I also stayed for the city council meeting that started at 7pm.
I made a comment during the public portion asking council to consider changing the night they meet so it does not conflict with the Wasatch County School Board meeting.
They agreed to look into it and put the item on the next work meeting.
Wasting time and public money when a councilman goes off on something without the consent of the entire council. Why work on it and use city employee time if you don't have three councilman to vote on it...
